Since Dr. Cohan founded Forsight Vision in 2007, our staff has been dedicated to providing quality eye care services with a personal touch to make you and your family feel well cared for. As a result of our commitment to customer service, we have many patients and families who have been with us since the office opened and have made us their preferred optometrist in Long Grove.
